This number has called my mother, who is elderly, 3 times in a 15 minute time span.
First it was an man with Indian accent and he wanted to argue.
The last 2 was what sounded to be an American white male. He said she hit his car, he was calling the police. Or just give him...

No message. Hung up on answering machine. Caller ID shown as LiborgDotCom.

ID blocked and leaves no message.

Computer asking for me.  Give a couple of options.  Maybe Asset Acceptence

Did not leave a message. When I called the number it said the number was no longer in service.
