This company claimed to be collecting a debt and did so through my bank account with my permission to get it taken care of so that I would not be in trouble. Now trying to get ahold of them to get receipt and an e-mail of confirmation and can't seem to get ahold of the lady whom gave me her 'personal number'. This must be a joke.

This is a scammer, harvesting social security numbers and other details.
