Wanted me to buy a package to self-cancel my non-existent timeshare

Sounded like a survey that I have signed up to regularly take. However, instead of survey questions, asked personal questions ie, male/female, exact age, street address, etc. I stopped answering after the first question.

These people kept calling me and I finally called them back out of curiosity. Got an \"Officer Kevin Black with the IRS\". The Indian accent and the call center noise in the background was a dead giveaway that this was a scam so I messed with him a little and got him to admit that it was a scam. He tole me that he needs the money and that I don´t know his situation. I was surprised at how easy it was to get them to admit fraudulent activity. Anyway long story short, no, I would not suggest giving them any of your personal information including your name. Feel free to call them and mess with them a little, I had fun.
