CID UNKNOWN NAME, no message, Non-Fixed VoIP, Unknown Registrant, Ouray, Coloado, Detected by the system as NOT SAFE Possible Spam/Fraud activity....smells like scam/spam/fraud to me. Blocked entire are code.

Called this number back and got recording saying the number is not in service.

Calls multiple times and lets voicemail pick up but does not leave a message

got at sms msg at 1:30 am offering a payday advance. we have replied atop numerous times as the msg suggests. sounds this just increases the sms spam & telephone calls.
