Harassing me constantly on my cell which is registered on do not call list

Just called. didnt pass on a msg. Not sure who this belongs to.

ring came up marked Name Unknown. Since most of those rings are solicitors, we didnt reply however cut the ring off soon as our picking up machine came on.

They said I stole their newspaper every day and that he was going to call the cops.

I received a call from Fat Cow web hosting which I had set up an account with. The thing that makes me mad is on my caller ID is said: AZ ST GOVT.huh??? Why are they pretending to be an Arizona State Government Agency??? Someone needs to look into this matter!
