Millions Call

This creep keeps calling my 9 year olds son's cell phone.

Calls my phone at work and there is no one there.

we do not recognise who We are however we had a ring with 'em subsequently these people put the phone down on us without stating a word. subsequently we attempted phoning back & had a Nancy waters? even tho this is a vm this is still strange.

someone else is using this phone # to make calls, rather than the owner

I called this number back. They claimed to be a job hunter. But when I asked why they kept calling, they hung up. No company name or persons name was given.
