Millions Call

They want to speak with the person who handles my electric bill. For the 247th time this year, I told them, Stop calling me! If I don't answer, they don't usually leave messages, but...sometimes they do. Is it one company or many? I get three or four a day of these calls. What's even more annoying, this phone number is close enough in numbers to a REAL phone number I want to receive calls from that I often answer instead of ignoring it.

rcvd a text from this person giving some address then a call and she hung up. I think tis person has the wrong number

had a ring with this no. at midnight & this seemed just like a fax machine & somebody attempting to speak at the identical time & subsequently these people put the phone down.
