Has been constantly calling me. Does not leave voicemails, charges me for long distance if I do answer.

It's Travel Advantage Network (goes by other names to0 - all travel package sales scams) - it's using this number to front their normal 800# hoping they haven't been blocked

Hello please return my call at 866-549-6848 to speak with an agent regarding the pending matter in our office thank you.
Never leaves a name or who they are calling for very weird but all hours of the day and night.
