Millions Call

had a ring before 9:00 am with this no. ended up leaving no msg. attempted to return the ring. 'all circuits are busy'

The caller did say who he was calling for, but there was too background noise to understand. He asked if I had been involved in a road accident recently. I had been, but when I provided date, he said rhat was too long ago and ended the call. (I get many similar calls and block every one.

I've gotten a few calls and the caller has a really thick accent, I cannot understand what he's saying.
