Scam trying to get my social security number

I received a call from this phone number, after first receiving emails about a job offer. The person calling from this number claims to be a "personal manager" in my area of a company called, GSM Commerce Development Inc. The name I was given was David Schneider. He has a non-American accent, and the phone reception fades in and out between words. He gives details and instructions regarding the training process for this "job offer," repeating everything sent via email, and then will request your bank information via phone.
