Unwanted Calls stemming from 346-260-4693 pointed out as reason for problem reported to the FCC on 2020-03-17

This caller wanted to speak with the previous owner of my phone number. I have been getting calls asking for him for almost one year now. I tell the caller this is not his telephone number any more. She said this was a business calling for the former person who has this phone number. The caller ID was from Rockford Il.

Calls several times a day. Uses different numbers and different cities and states.

Someone left this number on my answering machine, with a message that this was "an important call from SECU" and asking me to call back. Since it was a toll-free number (or sounded like one), I tried, but when it pus me on hold, I hung up.
