I tried out the following comment I saw on another site and it works to stop the calls so here it is; a do not call service for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Just call 866-246-7196, give the caller's phone number to confirm it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.

noone on the end of the line. rings every fifteen seconds or so. msg machine records beeps, & a fax sound.

actually this isnt a cell or home phone number this is my ipod touch text and call app number and i was looking here on google to see where it is because some one stole it and this is where it is i guess

This number calls and no one says anything. I could hear the background like as if they are just listening
