got ring proclaiming that we got asked health insurance. soon as we informed his we got not made any request, he began into a sales pitch.

'Hello, this is Heather at Account Services.'This is, evidently, a long-running telemarketing scam. Just google 'heather at account services'. The bogus area code in the spoofed caller ID, coincidentally (?), prevents one from reporting the call on the FCC DNC complaint page. That page won't accept numbers with an invalid area code.
