Calls repeatedly and sends out unwanted text messages.

Someone called from this # at 11:26 am .I could only hear what sounded like faint breathing.The strange thing is when I tried to check out the phone #,It is no longer in service.Don't know for sure but it seems to me that someone was able to use an' out-of-service' phone # to call me.

They keep calling the irs has a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud I told I was reporting them to the police

I received 4 nasty chain letter text from this number. One included girls having sex with animals, i was very upset. I text back and asked who it was, and to never send me messages again. The person replied saying they dialed the wrong number, but the number they meant to send it to was not even close to my number.
