Some collection agencies. I can not understand what they say because I do not speak Sanskrit, or Spanish.

I got a call from this number and didn't pick up. They left a message, but when i checked it, it was blank. From what I could hear, there was a t.v. maybe and the phone was being moved around. I get calls like this almost every week. If I get on the do not call list, do you think calls like this will stop?
