This number was on my caller ID.  They left no message, but they have called my number several times.

I received a call from this number, and said it was from the company BSNL check if the phone I have registered in your name only . However, when I checked the cross with BSNL customer service, I learned that he was not one from which they were called . people BSNL told me that they never started this service, and to watch from this number .
