Millions Call

My mother received a call from this number. The gentlman was very hard to understand, but my mother said he called to tell her she had won a large sum of money. He asked to confirm her address, and after that she said she could not understand anything more that he said, and he hung up.

Calls a lot and leaves no message.I will not pick up a caller with no ID.
