The 1st complaint was filed with the FCC about 5016521670 on 2020-06-16

Offer to recieve jokes via text for $1.99month. Didnt respond, received another text with lame joke and note to reply with CANCEL if unwanted. Then responded that there was a $9.99 cancellation fee. All of these texts occured within 5 minutes. I subsequently blocked the number, and I would encourage anyone else to do so immediately.

This was a con proclaiming to be AT&T & that you've won money & these people will not quit phoning.
