Millions Call

My friend has received over 20 calls from this number in the past 3 days. She continues to be harassed and whomever is calling claims that she is calling them. They claim that they are receiving text messages from my friend but that is not the case. She is scared and becoming more and more paranoid but neither of us have any idea what to do.

Just received a picture message of a very cute hispanic chick. The number does not come up in my phone, nor do I recognize this girl. I'm assuming spam.
