no idea who is calling.  they call from this and 646-237-6573 and other number exchanges where the last 4 number start with 65 or 64.  call at least 20x's a day and never leave a message. i do not answer long distance calls on my cell so unless they tell me who they are they will not speak with me.

Called numerous times but hangs up on voicemail!

I do not nor will not answer calls with no name. Thank goodness for caller ID. If it's an emergency & the person knows me they have my mobile number. If a message is left, it's not dealing with solicitation, I will return the call. Otherwise, I am glad there is caller ID.
