FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

got a call and the hung up.

Got two calls from what came up on Caller ID as a Restricted number. Two voice mails from two different people, Bill Reed (I think that was the name) and a Mr. Moran, left a callback number of 410.774.0139, but when I called it back I got a recorded message that the number was not in service. Both men did ask for me by name, but did not identify where they were calling from.

we keep on receiving rings with this no. & many others. Does anybody recognise who these people are? The no. was cut off.

This number left a message, someone from "Events and Adventures" social activities club??
