Unknown no name no message local area call. Calls at night. Part of many no name/no msg calls under different numbers. Serial harasser at work.

Got2 separate emails about 2 different items on craigslist to ring. e-mail came at 1:55 am

Received a text addressing my name and saying their name was Nick :) I text: Hey Whats Up? Nick Text: I'm back at work now sucks coming back from vacation, what are you up to. I text: Nothing didn't know u were on vaca, sorry who is this Nick Text: I was at the beach for the past 5 days i got back late last night, Nick. I text: I think u have the wrong person. Nick text: My bad

They are a scammer. They are collecting phone numbers on Craigs List

Jan 16, 2009 at 3:58pm answered call, nobody on other end of line.  Finally, operator came on and said 'if you want to make a call, please hang up and dial again'.  I dialed *69 and the phone company reported the call 202-251-3097.  Called the number and a recording told me that 'The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time'.  Reverse lookup of the number yielded no results.
