Fake Police Association Scam--Asks for a random name...and then says, "well, maybe you can help me"....asks for donation

I didn't answer, but I'm quite positive that it's a Dordt College number. they have all the 6000s i think. I think that might have been advancement asking for money.

This number calls about 3 times a week saying I am a person of interest in a lawsuit. They say to press one or call an 800 number. I just delete since I think they are a scam. They occasionaly ask for someone else, but usually just try to get you to call without giving any information.

Rent town bill collector that keeps calling the wrong number

Calls me approximately 2-3 times per week.
When I pick up they hang up.

Just got a call from them, he couldn't speak English very well, told me his name was Walter brown from united states justice dept. I didn't believe that. I didn't give him any information,
