Strongly think it's the police

answered the phone and it started ringing

This guy called my business. Sounded like he was in pain. Gave me a story of a stroke he had, 6 kids to feed at home. Says he lives in Israel. Says he has some friends at Microsoft that know me and told him to call. He wanted money or a contribution. He said he could pick it up if I just let him know when to be here. Said he needed it to buy more things in Israel that he needed. Bizarre.
