Millions Call

Answered the phone and the line was dead. Called back three times with caller ID and instead of ringing, a machine came on and said 'the mailbox for this account it full and not taking new messages.' I think its the same person who was casing our house 2 months ago, we blocked his cell number and so now he's using a new one. The last number was a caller ID from Antioch, this one is from Brentwood. Same method of operation, he calls, we answer, he hangs us. We return the call and the phone does not exist. Nuisance! We're blocking this number too.
