Millions Call

i got a voice mail from this number. What i heard is just someone's running noises.I called back this number and got the same noise. I don't know why.

this number keeps bothering me and i want something done about and it is not just this one it is many more please resolve this problem or it will get more serious.

receiving stalker calls (7 of them in the past 4 months) and they leave messages from girlfriend of my boyfriend mentioning his name. eg Hello Michael, How are you doing? This is Annette and sshe leaves a number each time which is nnot clear. The above number I think was left by mistake. All the other calls come up as blocked. The above number is a fax number
