Calls repeatedly, leaves no voice mail

On caller ID, the name appears as L Kates

I had this number on my mobile phone. Someone told me it was an insurance agent named Frank Miller. It's assigned to the Foley area, but I searched state insurance agents and there's no Frank Miller in the entire state doing insurance nor who did insurance. I was able to find out he attends New Beginnings Church in Magnolia Springs, near Foley, Alabama, where he plays guitar. They seem very secret about who he is, so my curiosity is up. If somebody can find out who he is, please post it here. When you are innocently asking for someone's name and you start getting false information left and right, that he's an active insurance agent but the Alabama insurance department never heard of him, you have to wonder what they are hiding. He may be wanted, so be careful.
