    Recieved a call from this number this evening. Caller ID says Spam? Courtesy. Claim to be Energy Discount Office- a government regulated agency. When asked for a phone number that I can return their call at Im told they are only an outbound call center. Upon googling the "company name", there is no info-so I let the caller know I could not find anything. When I asked how I was supposed to varify that they were who they say they were, they hung up. They have called in the past- when asking them to place me on their do not call list, they hang up.
