They had called 3 times in the past 24 hours. 1Voice mail was left - a partial to call back.

Calling my mom saying the same thing and saying its a legal matter. however I don't know how they got my mom's information. has anyone figured out how far of a scam this is??

rang my home about 5:30pm Thursday. I didnt reply & these people didnt pass on a msg. I am on state and federal dont ring lists.

they look for my address, they knew my last 4 numbers social security, y and they want more information.

I got a call today, 17 February 2014, at about 4:30PM. I have caller ID and an answering machine. I don't answer any calls that I don't recognize the number. They didn't leave a message.

got this call, these people ended up leaving a recorded VM that is disconnected only to include 'If you got this info in error. . Please ring 877-833-5657 to talk to a scam specialist. ' . we rang the no. on the back of our card the other day to let 'em recognise We are gonna be out of the country tomorrow & for the next week. we can only presume that is valid cause it is on the back of the card, however this no. was not.
