Millions Call

Several missed calls, one I did catch with music playing, then when I finally got a person she identified herself as from the 'Vehicle Warranty Center'. I asked what that was, and before she could answer I got a call waiting that was important, so I let her drop. I believe it's a scam.

I get a call from this number about twice a day. ID says cell. Never any message, just a hang-up. This number is "no longer in service" according to Verizon wireless.... Scam, scam

AT&T with some kinda offer. very irritating cos these people regularly ring.

I also received a text to my cell phone earlier today from this website ~ www.gr8deals4.me ~ it said that I was selected to receive a FREE $1000 Best Buy Giftcard. Funny thing is, I never even entered any drawing in their store. Here is what the message said it its entirety: 'Your entry in our drawing WON you a FREE $1000 Best Buy Giftcard! Enter 6550 at www.gr8deals4.me to claim it and we will ship it to you immediately.' I've gotten other text messages regarding this type of thing before. I usually just delete them. My cell phone number is also 'registered' on the Do Not Call Registry. I guess it doesn't help with this kind of thing.
