Reported as Unsafe and Scam Risk. No Caller ID. Fails to leave voicemail. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Report to FTC and block number.

Keep getting calls from this number, even when I’m at work (I don’t answer calls at work) and when not at work, I answer and they hang up! They called last night at 10:50pm! I’m usually asleep but I happen too be talking too a friend. If this is a sales person or a bill collector, I thought it was illegal for them to call after 9 pm? Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think so.

This was a phone call that called my place of business and it was a recording of a male voice speaking very fast about politics past and present.  It continued for a long time until I hung up.
