Called and left text message like he knows me years now. Transparent scam

This calls me in the past few years. It stops for a while, and then start calling me again. It called me yesterday and also today. Very annoying. I know this is a company that makes web sites for small businesses, but they persistently call me. I am talking about 2 or 3 years! Crazy.

Today this number called with a robotic female voice asking if I was a name that I am not. It said, "if I am '(name)' press 1, if not, hang up immediately. This is the 5th call from this number with the same message.
