they call all the time and do not speak.

It's a law firm.  When you don't pay your bills, they get sent to a collection agency, when you don't pay the collection agency, they get a law firm to take over.  Of course, this all depends on the collections agency, the amount of the bill, the time that has passes and various laws that apply in your state.

They call repeatedly but never leave a message. We never answer a call that does not have an identified name or number. Jazz
