The no. shows up on our telephone as 3-249-751-1599. Not sure exactly what the three means. soon as we picked up we could only hear fuzz & subsequently the ring ended.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number at 9:26 pm I did not answer. I then received a call from 267-266-6628 at 9:34 pm. I answered and told whoever was on the other end not to call this number again.

Continuous ring back. Speaks non-English. seems middle Eastern to us.
