Millions Call

Answered the phone. Sounded like it could have been a taped message not working right or a cell phone in a bad area since it looked like a local number I called back and got a spanish  message like a automated phone system.

This caller ID came up with +1 prefix. In the past this has indicated the call was really coming from an overseas caller such as Jamaica or Isreal. I did not answer, but when I tried to return the call I received a message that it was not a working number. I have been getting 4-5 calls of this type A DAY! Many stating they are calling on behalf of MEDICARE!!!
