Its a recorded message for a specific person.. if you are that specific person they want you tohold on and someone will speak with you.. if you are not that specific person then they want you to call the number they give you to inform them.

we got a ring however didnt reply this cos the Calling-ID stated Dominican Republic. we just needed to recognise when anybody else has been getting any rings with this no.

My husband answered since it was a local are code.Lady asked for me from Discover card. My husband says can I take a message she is out...No she replies this is just a courtesy call.I do have a Discover card, it has a balance and I am not late on any payments. Most likely want to sell something.
