Claims not a acam though how can I get a reply for a brace when 1 do not need one and 2 never inquired about one.

Hi this is Rachel on the homeowners on a recorded line how are you today are you still there.

A woman just called in Chinese telling me my account is at risk, if no action taken, my RBC account will be blocked. To help me, asked me to continue to press 5. When I dial 5, a woman say "how can I help you". I answered "you called me you should know". She hangup immediately. Why cannot we stop these spam ? if they use a phone #, should be easy to hunt down.

Caller ID showed caller from "Marysville WA". Internet search shows caller is a credit card scammer.

received a message claiming I won a free trip all paid-for to Las Vegas, Orlando or San Francisco...said no purchase necessary(?) and to call 1-800-920-4701, giving me a confirmation number to give them.  It sounds like it's the EXACT same scam people with all of the other phone numbers.  Don't call them back if you receive this message.
