Company leaves message about 'lowering your interest rate'. Seems to be a scam and they keep calling. I tried to call this number back (from caller ID) and it's says the number is not in service.

my computer was stolen out of my car and when I went into my security settings on my email account this number was listed as my contact number...it is not...thinking this number must belong to the person who broke into my car and stole my pc.
