rang our telephone (on donotcall directory for years), ended up leaving no msg

Called and left no messaged, called back and got a generic voicemail for a company with no name

they did me the exact same way.  what is with that place.  they crazy as hell if they think they are gonna get money.  What the F ever!

Numerous calls from these people, leaving threating messages such as they are going to serve me with a summons and I could be detained. Calling my family and leaving the same messages for them. They have even called my HR department and told them they are going to serve a summons. I have called my local County Court Clerks office and they don't have a Jim Johnson and she also said a lawsuit would have to be filed before a summons could be filed. She checked my name and did not find anything. I called my lawyer and they said to tell them to call him. I have not got anything in the mail nor will they tell me how to write to them. These folks are breaking a lot of laws as far as I can tell.
