had a telephone ring with 643-351-7913 do not recognise this ended up leaving a vm all this is was a put the phone down

I got a call from this number a few years back and again now, at least from the company a few years ago maybe different number, they are ligit, but the woman was slick at making it sound like I had to buy the magazines they were offering. 2nd Woman was much nicer and cancelled the subscription though I must keep checking my bank statements. People may be good or may be scammers or both.

Claimed to be from Social Security

Some man known as Michael Saulter with this no. keeps on phoning our in-laws. i am quite sure he is a bill collector however do we have any recourse to quit this type of action. she has rang our brother-in-lw nd wife, our mother-in-law & our sister-in-law & his partner numerous times. we do not mind when she rings us however we do not believe she should be allowed to bother them. Please help.
