Yep.

Woman called and said her name was Karen, asking about an outstanding medical charge to a local emergency room I never visited.  She quoted me dates, a birthdate (one month off from mine), the last four digits of a social security number (nowhere near mine).  After I explained that it was not me and I had not sought emergency treatment for years, so said they'd go ahead and 'submit it' and hung up after a thank you.  She seemed somewhat reasonable, though confused by my answers.  If legitimate, her information is cross-referenced poorly.

Believed to be Credit One Bank. Robocaller with no Caller ID and leaves no message. For this reason block number and report to FTC.

Caller said his name was Vince Wankus from willow brook Illi ...
