Millions Call

I've got a call from a German number +4917628384790, I didn't hear it so I called it back, but nobody talked. After 2 hours I saw that I was also charged for the call to USA. It was written that I called a number that I've never dialed +17086554415.

Just received call (12:15 EDT) fro something call Police Defense Fund or some such. Presumably a 527 political group

When I dial back to see who called, an anouncement says the number is not in service at this time.
