This is a marketing/voicemail spam system. I have added it to my Extreme Call Blocker Droid Blacklist, so won't ever have to deal with it again - period.

They called at 8am HST on 04/16/20. When I answered, it was a ringback tone, and then a lady by the name of Kimberly immediately picked up to say that I was on a recorded line and that it was a Next Step Education program that she wanted to offer for me. She then asked me to verify that I was Jillian and went on to ask if I had a high school diploma. And when I told her I wasn’t interested, she kept on talking about Next Step Education and how it’s a free service to me, so I hung up.
