They are calling me from a rental company trying to find someone that use to have my number

we keep on receiving rings with this no. bout case pending on us however the case was apparently in another state. NOT REAL

This number calls me once sometimes twice a month. I tried to block it but it doesn't seem to stick. I finally tired to answer when they called today but I missed it so I called back immediately an a guy who said his name was Charlie answered, he sounds like he's probably a teenager. He said no one was calling me from this number but it's in my calls log MULTIPLE times. Just blocked it again, hopefully this one sticks. Just please stop calling me, thank you.

This number began calling shortly after 7 a.m. I received multiple calls and 'voice messages' Until I turned my phone off about 7:40 am. I could hear a male sounding voice with lots of background soundnoise. There was never anyone reponding when I answered the calls.
