no good fake and dangerous

we want telephone bill statement of last week to this month!

told me there was a fraud case filed against me and to return the call today. Was not someone with a heavy accent, sounded like English is NOT a second language. I do not intend to return the call. I AM blocking the number, will wait and see if they call again.
