Millions Call

This number keeps calling, and never leaves a message.  If it isnt important enough to leave a message, it is not an important call.  I never answer.

getting billed for operator assisted collect calls from this number calls i never accepted. apparently if your answering machine picks up thats good enough to cost you 7.20.

I have no idea whose number this is BUT the person likes to text me once every 3 weeks or so. I had a 3 month block on the number but when it expired, this person (im assuming its male) immediately started with the texting again.

Scam call about winning lottery we never entered. They didn't even answer the phone like a legitimate business would when I called back to see who it was. They picked up and sais "Hello?" These people need to get a clue.
