Yes. I received a call from this # on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at approximately 1:49 PM (Eastern) telling me that I won a cruise but I have to complete a survey to get the cruise. I immediately hung up and searched Google, finding that there is a Caribbean Cruise Line company that does this scam and they are finally noted @ ic3.gov.

SCAM. They wall with blocked caller ID and leave a message telling you to call 1-855-208-3439. When you call they tell you that you are being sued for breach of contract. When you ask them what contract and what company they are representing they say they need your Social Security Number to verify your identity . When you don't give it to them they hang up. They are trying to get your SSN so they can commit identity theft. Again, this is a SCAM.
