Millions Call

I have gotten 7 to 8 calls on my cell number and all hours of the day and when i call back, they don't speak "ENGLISH". I want this stopped or I am going to the police.

Received a call from this number this morning asking me to return a call to 1-41520259.  I only got the guy once and we were disconnected.  Also got a call from the same guy on Friday asking me to call 213-805-2213.  I was disconnected.  Called original call back number it was a verison number and has been changed or no longer in service.

I only received one call. It's the NRA (national rifle association) soliciting memberships. I am on the Do Not Call Registry...

No voice, just calls randomly    says nothing. When I tell the person that I am going to call Police, they hang up.
