got this ring this afternoon at 11:44 a. m. CST. The phoning party didnt pass on a msg. this was with the Detroit region & we recognise no one in that area. Any help out there?

This no. keeps on phoning us & does not pass on a msg. eventually picked up the telephone to see who this is & all we had is really loud music playing.

This is the number for a not-for-profit called North American Handico.  They solicit money for the handicapped.

Calls constantly from several 318-402-X numbers, the last four digits are always different. They call many times a day, up to 10 times, all day, every day, and weekends. When I block one extension, they call with another extension. No messages, no idea who it is. When I call back, it says to enter my 10 digit phone number. No way am I doing that!
