calling to speak to my deceased father about personal matter will not tell his family what they want and wanted to know if I understood the law. Wanted my address and told me an undknown address for him and wanted me to give the correct address to send me info. I refused all request and hung up.This is the 2nd call where they have talked and have had hang-ups.

If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.

800-773-7948 is apparently the Western Union compliance department. Don't know what they do or what they want.  But I've had several customers in the last couple days tell me I need to call them.  When I do, it's just a voicemail box
